About the Role
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be focusing on assisting with a smooth operation of the HR Team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in handling the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, and staff engagement.
Maintain accurate and updated employee databases and filing records.
Assist in preparing regular HR reports.
Perform any other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management.
About You
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology or other relevant disciplines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
