Job description
Conduct in-depth fundamental and industry research across the TMT sector, with a primary focus on artificial intelligence, semiconductors, advanced computing, and related upstream/downstream ecosystems.
Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, and technological advancements in AI infrastructure, chip design, foundry/manufacturing, and application-layer innovations.
Build and maintain detailed financial models for covered companies, including valuation models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity testing.
Prepare high-quality equity research reports, thematic deep dives, investment theses, and presentations that distill complex technical and financial information into clear, actionable insights.
Engage with company management teams, industry experts, and internal investment teams to refine research views and support portfolio decision-making.
Monitor earnings results, industry catalysts, macro events, and supply chain developments to provide timely updates and investment recommendations.
Support cross-sector research projects and complete ad-hoc analytical tasks as assigned.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in equity research, financial analysis, consulting, or related fields; prior experience covering AI, semiconductors, or broader TMT sectors preferred.
Strong understanding of semiconductor industry structure (design–manufacturing–packaging), AI infrastructure (computing, models, data), and key industry drivers.
Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methodologies, with strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
Ability to interpret complex technical concepts and integrate them into coherent investment viewpoints.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to produce clear, concise, and high-impact research materials.
Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Intern to join our Equity Research team. The intern will work closely with research analysts to support sector and company analysis, financial modeling, and production of research reports. This role offers strong exposure to the investment research process and an excellent opportunity to develop analytical and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist research analysts in conducting fundamental research on companies, industries, and markets
Build and maintain financial models, including valuation models (DCF, comparable analysis, etc.)
Collect, organize, and analyze financial statements, market data, and industry information
Prepare presentation materials, charts, and supporting documentation for internal discussions
Draft research notes, industry summaries, and sections of formal research reports
Monitor news flow, company announcements, and macroeconomic developments relevant to coverage

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
Solid understanding of financial statements and basic valuation concepts
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly motivated, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Prior internship experience in finance, investment banking, or research is a plus
