As a Strategy Manager within the Market Intelligence & PMO team, you will support BytePlus’s strategic planning and decision-making through rigorous market research, competitive intelligence and business analysis. You will work closely with product, sales and regional teams to translate insights into actionable strategies and drive key initiatives across global markets.

Responsibilities

Conduct market, industry and competitor research across AI, cloud, SaaS and other emerging technology sectors.

Identify market opportunities and translate insights into recommendations for product, go-to-market and regional strategies.

Support market sizing, customer segmentation and strategic planning across global markets.

Collaborate with product, sales, R&D and regional teams to validate findings and drive key strategic initiatives.

Prepare clear, insight-driven reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or a related discipline.

- Strong structured thinking, research and analytical skills, with the ability to solve ambiguous business problems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings clearly.

- Professional proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant internship experience in consulting, corporate strategy, market intelligence, investment or technology.

- Knowledge of AI, cloud, SaaS or enterprise technology markets.

- Experience with market research, data analysis or competitive intelligence; proficiency in Excel, SQL or Python is a plus.

字节跳动（香港）的薪资待遇整体处于香港互联网行业较高水平，具有较强的市场竞争力。薪资结构通常由“基础月薪 + 年终奖 + 期权/股票”构成，且因岗位、职级及个人能力差异较大。具体薪资情况如下：

1. 应届生/初级岗位（如应届港硕、初级工程师、产品/运营等）

• 月薪：约 4万 - 5万港币/月。
• 总包：约 50万 - 65万港币/年（部分核心岗位或表现优异者可达65万以上，部分岗位可能包含少量期权）。

2. 中级/资深岗位（如资深工程师、高级算法专家、资深产品经理等）

• 月薪：视具体岗位和级别而定，部分高薪岗位（如高级算法专家）月薪可达 8万港币/月。
• 总包：约 60万 - 72万港币/年（资深岗位年薪中位数约72万，部分高绩效或高价值岗位年薪可突破百万港币）。

3. 高薪/核心岗位（如AI大模型、云架构师、高价值业务线负责人等）

• 总包：部分顶尖人才或高绩效员工，年薪可达 100万港币以上，并享有较为丰厚的期权/股票激励。
