Job description
Assist DCM deal execution, including
- Draft or review lead managers due diligence reports, undertaking letter, and other documents for issuer’s foreign debt quota application to NDRC (if necessary)
- Work on internal approvals such as KYC, AML and document review for regulatory requirement
- Manage transaction process, including materials preparation, third party engagement, calls/meetings arrangement, and other relevant works to facilitate communication between issuers and professional parties and to ensure offering document are prepared and transaction are executed at market standard.
- Assist pitch books, RFP, and marketing materials to support deal origination; finalize deal structure and legal documentation (if any)
Job requirements
- Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience but open to fresh graduate; MBA, relevant intern experience, basic concept of legal, or relevant background preferred;
- Capable of handling multiple tasks; willing to take challenging work in a demanding working environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Attention to details; Good command of Mandarin and English
- Strong Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel skills.
- Interest in origination, and willing to transfer to coverage banker in 2 years.
